It all begins with You!
Looking to start or rekindle your yoga practice? This workshop is for ANY level, since we are always beginners!
We will cover the yoga basics:
– Vinyasa: high plank to low plank, up dog into down dog;
– We will review principles of alignment and transitions from pose to pose, including jumping and stepping forwards and backwards;
– Warrior 1 and warrior 2 will also be explored.
