Join us as we breakdown the 3 phases of Meditation, where we will explore:
  • Pranayama - Breath discipline relaxing the body and mind
  • Pratyahara - learn to withdraw the energy of our senses from our physicality and turn our focus to the mind
  • Expand Consciousness - practice the use of mantra and visualization to anchor us to the present moment.
Meditation has three phases:
  • Relaxation
  • Interiorization
  • Expansion
Meditation Misconceptions:
  • Doing nothing with no thoughts Actually – it is stilling your body so thought can occur

  • Yoga Asana-Rid the body of unwanted energies and impurities Actually – Creates a stillness of body, to allow the mind to reach higher awareness
