Lesley Reilly - Founder
Biography

After leaving the corporate world in 2000, Lesley Reilly devoted herself to high-impact fitness sports which lead to two knee surgeries. As part of the healing process, she tried Power Vinyasa yoga to rebuild her strength. She immediately felt a rush of renewed energy. As she developed her asana practice, she felt better physically and emotionally and was met with an awakening of the mind. Inspired by Shawn Shaw, she began a teacher training program at Metrowest Yoga in 2007. She has since become a certified Baptiste Associate teacher after completing more than 200 hours at the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute and is in the process of becoming a certified Baptiste Affiliate Studio. Reilly encourages and guides her students to go to their edge and beyond and to journey within.

A Note to Students

Dear bCalm Community

It is with palpable excitement and deep gratitude to each of you that bCalm has evolved into an inspiring Power Yoga studio in Hopkinton.

My commitment and intention is to continue to share and spread the whole body benefits of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga by cultivating our space where all students can practice together, both new and experienced students alike.

Yoga has dramatically changed my life and continues to be my pathway for growth and I am commited to sharing it with every student.

I have just returned from the first Baptiste Level Three program: Beyond Borders, in Tulum Mexico. I learned so much about myself by breaking though existing limits as a student and teacher; I closed the gap between my intent and my impact in our community. I uncovered my "Blind Spots" and now see with new eyes what has limited me in the past. I dissolved barriers in my teaching and my life and have moved into an expanded level of freedom, power and ease.

I commit to sharing my experiences with you; the unwanted and unfamiliar emotions, body sensations and fears, to the exploration of new thoughts, feelings and physical thresholds which I discovered.

Namaste,

Lesley
